Demolition and Removal

This is usually the first step for most contractors when beginning to install a new landscape. The price for demolition and removal really depends on what needs to come out and be disposed of. If it is just basic removals such as plantings and debris, the price may simply be absorbed by your contractor, on the other hand, if you have quite the mess to remove, it could cost anywhere from a few hundred (e.g., stumps, brush, boulders) to a few thousand dollars (e.g., concrete patios, decks, pools, and other structural hardscapes). Really, it comes down to what is being removed, and how much of it there is.
