Please enter your email, so we can follow up with you.

(IMPORTANT PLEASE READ CAREFULLY)

Now that you have filled out this questionnaire, your answers will be forwarded to a designer. Once the designer confirms your purchase and submission, you will be emailed an invitation to join our Citrix ShareFile portal. In this portal you will be able to upload the necessary files and information your designer will need in order to complete the process. Be on the lookout for an email with a link to join the File Sharing option. Please contact paul@landsarc.com if you do not see this email within 24 hours of your purchase.

Please read below to understand what kinds of files and documentations that will be requested from you once you sign into the ShareFile Portal

Photos
In order to design your property we will need several photos from you. Each house/property is different and we will let you know if we need additional photos, but generally we need, several photos of your front yard from different angles, back yard and side yard. Please be sure to include the house and roof as much as you can see. It’s not unusual to take 15 to 30 photos to show us everything. The more the better! If we are only designing a portion of your yard, focus more on that area with your photos. But it doesn’t hurt to have photos of the house that adjoin it too.

Videos
If you have good photos, we don’t necessarily need video, but if you do have a clip or two we’ll take it. Quick 45 second videos or less can also really help us understand your vision better and see your property. Please include a video if you are able to. Just point and shoot, explain as you need to or you can stay silent if you don’t need to explain.

Plat of Survey (Scanned PDF if possible)
Most homeowners are given a Plat of Survey when they purchase their home. This document is usually included with the paperwork you are given when you close on the house. It’s a top down view of your property and usually shows the house and sometimes the hardscape landscaping. This document is very important and would greatly help us design your site. If you have it and can send it over, that would be most ideal. If you don’t have one, you may be able to check with your local building department to see if they have one on file for you. If you absolutely can’t find one, just let us know in the “comments and additional questions” section above. If you don’t have access to a scanner, you can take a photo of it and send it. Make sure you are in good light and you hold your camera still and directly over the top of the plat. Taking the photo from an angle is not ideal. Do your best though, we’ll make it work!
